We are a small office within a casual, laid-back environment that has been in business over 30 years....but we are also very busy, as we service customers across the US.

***Occasional Bonus Pay and Company Paid Health Insurance after 60 days***

This position entails taking established customer orders via phone, maintaining customer accounts, entering customer payments and adjusting product inventory via utilization of custom company software - Full Training provided. This position will also provide administrative support to Sales Department as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess the following: Excellent communication skills, proficiency sending and receiving emails, ability to use office equipment such as fax, calculator, copier, document scanner, etc. Able to figure monetary calculations, have excellent customer relation skills, and ability to handle periodic customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Required Skills: Excellent phone manner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. MUST be detailed oriented.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
