Job description

A small Financial Advisory Firm in Laguna Niguel hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant position with flexible hours. The knowledge and experience in the financial industry and technology is prefered.

Job Description includes:

* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM database

*Ability to work independently, initiate, prioritize and follow up on daily tasks

*Prepare paperwork for Advisor's appointments with clients including printing statements and reports

* Flexible hours - Monday through Thursday between 8 am - 4 pm

*Excellent English Grammar and word composition skills

*Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Enhanced Background Check and Clearance Required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

  • Laguna Niguel, CA 92677: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
