We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our leadership team, managing and receiving client payments, managing company payroll, scheduling appointments and travel, and assisting with clerical tasks to assist in project preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be a flexible self-starter, be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails and direct ccommunication to the appropriate person.
- Schedule travel itineraries
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Prepare reports, pitch decks and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Manage, receive, and log client payments
- Manage company payroll weekly
- Prepare and submit travel reimbursement requests to clientele
Ideal Attributes:
- Experience in the food service and hospitality industry
- Creative, imaginative, and great team player
- Ambitious self-starter who is able to work independently
- Highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Understanding of graphic design with the ability to assemble aesthetically pleasing powerpoint presentations
- Efficient with typing, spellchecking, and editing for grammar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,576.00 - $66,711.00 per year
