Job description
SUMMARY
Stampede Ventures, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified, full-time Administrative Assistant to support our New Mexico regional operations. The successful candidate will perform day to day office duties and project coordination activities, communicate with and support the project teams, have a good working knowledge of office activities such as filing, copying, scanning, faxing and be computer efficient especially with Microsoft Office.
- Draft and /or compile administrative support material
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system
- Communicating with and supporting the office team and Stampede employees
- Professionally receive and respond to phone calls
- Operate a personal computer, various office equipment and computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Word processor, spreadsheets
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform filing and other clerical work
- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship
- Experience work
- Associate’s Degree in related field
- Experience with project coordination
- Experience with tracking and managing Certified Payroll
NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
