Our headquarters in Torrance, CA is looking for a Revenue Specialist & Analyst whose responsibility is to provide direct accounting support in all stages and processes of our revenue generation. The position is well suited for an entry to mid-level accounting person with one-year of A/R accounting experience in a busy work environment. The key responsibilities of the job are:

• Perform numerous processes associated with the final review and submission of billing within due dates
• Sets up new accounts
• Maintain billing rates established by the Department of Disability Services
• Review and understand contracts and purchase of services specific to billing requirements
• Assists with AR collections including monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliation
• Interface with outside agencies and internal department personnel to ensure accurate billing and collection efforts

Required Skills

• Multi-tasking, problem-solving, basic bookkeeping, collections, customer service, Sage preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
