We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, including verifying and reconciling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records to general ledger.
• Maintain vendor files and contact vendors for payment status.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Answer inquiries from vendors and respond to customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
