We seek a Full-Time Accounting Analyst with experience in small business. The successful candidate is knowledgeable and well-versed in all aspects of business accounting. The Clients we serve rely on us to CRUSH their financial statements with a quick turnaround. Attention to detail and commitment to teamwork are a must.
The right candidate possesses a mindset that thinks proactively and analytically to spot accounting issues for our Clients. Our Clients rely on our expertise in providing timely and accurate financial statement preparation. We assist our business owner clients to maximize their profits and reduce their tax burden.
At Money Mastery LLC, you will work only with prospective and current Clients of our firm. Do the work you love without the headache of intense seasonality. Duties:
- Verify accuracy of financial statements. Provide constructive feedback and training to bookkeepers and staff accountants as needed.
- Consistently complete monthly and quarterly reviews of financial statements including in-depth analysis of balance sheet items using Money Mastery’s proprietary internal review process.
- Identify discrepancies in payroll tax, employee benefits, & sales tax calculations.
- Facilitate document requests from clients and organize electronically.
- Ensure quality reporting to tax planner in preparation of client meetings.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Associate Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online with experience in business bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams
