Library Interiors of Texas is a Lakeway based company specializing in the design, supply and installation of library interiors throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are seeking an experienced accountant/bookkeeper to assist with our day-to-day accounting function. Responsibilities will include entering invoices and deposits into QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, issuing payments (check/ACH), accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, balancing accounts and journal entries. Must have relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks (Mac desktop version).

In addition, the job will include administering our register of State Contracts and preparation of quarterly reports

Responsibilities:

Job Type:

Part-time - 24 hrs. per week (negotiable)

Schedule:

* Monday - Friday (working days to be agreed)

* Office Hours 9pm - 5pm (working hours to be agreed)

Education:

* Associate Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

* QuickBooks: 2-3 years (Required)

* Bookkeeping: 2-3 years (Required)

Work Location:

* Office based at Lakeway Office

Financial Duties:

* Expense reports

* Processing payments

* Billing

* Weekly/Monthly Payroll

* Maintain State Contract Price-List Register
