Job description
The Answer Centre of Louisiana Call Center Representative will serve as the primary customer liaison and be responsible for successfully resolving customer issues and handling the day to day interactions to maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver communication services in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow computerized communication “scripts” when processing calls
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide relevant solutions
- Build and sustain long term customer relationships
- Attend ongoing training and meetings to develop higher expertise and improve performance
- Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing ability at or above 40 wpm
