Join on the of the leaders of cutting edge avionics products in support of current and upcoming programs for commercial, general aviation and military customers. Dayton Granger, Inc is seeking a Customer Account Manager that will center their efforts on optimizing the customer experience and building strong relationships through a combination of proactive customer contact and responding to inbound customer requests._ *Please note the position is on onsite near the Ft. Lauderdale Int'l airport in our facility where we provide great work life balance and a friendly work environment._
Specific Duties of Customer Account Manager:

• Responds to all customer inquiries and prepares and sends accurate quotes to customers. Routinely, provides follow-up calls.
• Attracts potential customers and generates additional business from existing customers by answering product and service questions and providing information about other products and services.
• Coordinates and interface with inter/intra departments to ensure purchase order requirements are met.
• Provides technical data and information for customers. Expedites sales orders when necessary.
• Provides excellent customer service to DG's existing and potential customers. Works with customers to increase or maintain (as applicable) DG's customer satisfaction ratings relates to sales, support, customer service, and contract matters

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of Associate's Degree in a business related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales-related position.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency including, Microsoft Office Products and ERP software.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information such as contracts and purchase orders.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Great people skills to be able to interact effectively with customers, management, Engineers, project team members, as well as employees in manufacturing.
• Positive attitude, a very high level of self-motivation, and the willingness to be hands-on.
