FREMONT, SEATTLE, WA :: Kristie and I celebrated our 5th Valentine’s Day with a date at the Laugh Lovers Ball: “An Evening of Sophisticated Silliness” in the Paramount Theater. Four standup comics and three sketch comedy groups had us laughing throughout the night. Our favorite local comedian, David Crowe, organizes the event every year. It was great, and chances are we’ll be there again next Valentine’s Day.
Coincidentally, we saw David and Maggie sitting just across the aisle from us. It was nice to catch up with the soon-to-be-expatriates. They’re counting down the days before they head overseas to live and work in Holland.
