When you join Axis Spine and Pain Center; a PartnerCare affiliated practice, you are a part of something bigger. We have an immediate opening for a Radiology Technologist - that serves a vital role in the patient care we provide at Lakeview Surgery Center in Warner Robins, GA.


The X-Ray Technologist is a trained medical professional performing radiological duties in compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements. The X-ray Technician will perform radiographic exams, ordered by the physician, that are technically satisfactory, properly positioned and processed adequately.

  • Performs timely radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
  • Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed.
  • Prepares patients for radiologic procedures and follows established clinical and regulatory procedures regarding to patient safety and care, including proper radiation protection, and shielding techniques.
  • Ensures that equipment is in proper working order and reports any malfunctions to the Area Manager or provider on duty.
  • Follows documentation procedures and completes required documentation related to patient visit.
  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills with the support and assistance of outside educational resources.
  • Responsible for maintaining current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment and licensure.
  • Must be able demonstrate appropriate clinical judgment and apply professional skills to a patient population of all ages.

Education and Experience:

  • Certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology required
  • State of Georgia Medical Board X-ray Operators License required
  • ARRT certified • Significant and successful prior x-ray experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated willingness to put patients first
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team, interacting with physicians, medical assistants, and other essential elements of the clinic environment
  • CPR Certified
