• We are located at 683 Steelstown Road, Annville, PA 17003, about 15 minutes from Hershey, PA and about 10 minutes from Lebanon Valley College.
• Our current average morning worship attendance is 75-85 people.- Our current average livestream views are 15-25 per week.- Our current morning worship musical style is usually an opening set of 3 songs and a closing set of 1 song. Most of the songs are contemporary, with 1 hymn a few times a month.

• The Worship Leader is a part-time, salaried, locally-hired staff position.

• Lead the musical worship experience each week during the morning worship service and other occasional services as requested
• Create the musical worship visuals each week for the morning worship service and other occasional services as requested
• Recruit, train, and support a team or teams of musicians and singers from both inside and possibly outside the St. John’s Church family (composed of people who have personal faith in Christ)
• Schedule and lead weekly rehearsals- Recruit, train, and support a team of A/V volunteers- Build relational and ministry connections with the local music community, with special emphasis on Lebanon Valley College

• The ideal Worship Leader will have a Bachelor’s degree in Worship Arts, Music Ministry, or similar.

• The ideal Worship Leader will have previous experience leading worship in a local church setting as a staff member, intern, or leader volunteer.

• The Worship Leader reports to and is supported by the Senior Pastor.

• $15,600 Salary (annual, based on 15 hours per week (at) $20 an hour)
• $500 Continuing Education allowance
• 2 weeks of paid vacation
• Mileage reimbursement for ministry-related travel at the current IRS rate
