Role and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as facilities maintenances
• Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility maintenance
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
• Address count measurement for unexpected maintenance issues
• Managing budgets related to facility maintenance
• Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
• Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects
• Helping with office relocations and renovation
• Drafting maintenance reports
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise

Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience in project management, facility maintenance, and/ or business landscaping
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects regarding building maintenance and upkeep
• Certifications or licensing related to building maintenance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in CAD

• Wage starting from $18/hour and $3 night shift premium
