• Job Position: Woodyard Loader Operator, $1000 Sign-on bonus!
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Shift Schedule: Day and Night Shift 6 am-6 pm and 6 pm-6 am flex schedule.
• Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 depending on experience.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screens are required.

• Raw Material Mixing and Intake Process 100%.
• Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days to ensure a proper blend and moisture content 40%.
• Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separating by species 20%.
• Inspect quality of raw material to standard and notify plant leadership of any defects 10%.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements 10%.
• Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance 10%.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding the status of workflow 5%.
• Other accountabilities as required 5%.

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• One to two years of loader operation experience in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to climb up and downstairs to get in and out of loader with no fear of confined spaces or heights.
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance.
