Job Title: Pizza Cook

Company: Woodfire Pies (Food Trailer)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19-$21 per hour (DOE)

Woodfire Pies is seeking a skilled Pizza Cook with experience in hand-stretching pizza dough, to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas using our high-temperature, wood-burning oven. The ideal candidate should be able to hand-stretch pizza dough and cook pizzas to perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces

- Hand-stretch pizza dough to the perfect thickness

- Cook pizzas in a high-temperature, wood-burning oven

- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection

- Ability to cook and top three pizzas in five minutes

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Cook with hand-stretching experience

- Ability to hand-stretch pizza dough to the perfect thickness and cook three pizzas in five minutes without any assistance

- Knowledge of pizza-making techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

- Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
