WMS Developer (HighJump)

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our IT Fulfillment team. As a HighJump WMS Developer at our Glenwillow, OH, Napa, CA office or Remote (preference for EST work hours).

You will be an integral part of the IT Fulfillment Team supporting the Warehouse Management System (WMS) infrastructure across multiple DC's. What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable uptime of WMS

• Be a primary point of contact for operations to help triage & assess WMS issues as they arise

• Help roll out new functionality, features & integrations in HighJump (Labor Management System, Cycle counting, dynamic pick faces, new containerization logic)

• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations to a). identify pain points and efficiency gains and b). deliver those results functionally within the business

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to our other distribution centers as needed (Portland, Paso Robles, Santa Maria, Napa, & Cleveland)

• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting & assessing impact of issues, and coordinating with vendors for prompt resolution (i.e. Avanti Avalanche, Blujay Kewill)

Who You Are:

Candidates must possess a highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.

• 3-5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management System administration, configuration & development, preferably HighJump (Koerber One)

• Proficiency in SQL

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systems and/or processes to become a SME operations can rely on to fix and optimize the WMS system

• Ability to roll up your sleeves and be a problem-solver

• Comfortable working in highly fluid environments with an entrepreneurial knack to identify opportunities from the noise and execute

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems or Network Administration, or equivalent experience, required

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Attention to detail and advanced computer proficiency
