This position involves physical work and traveling throughout the Midwest Region (IL, IN, OH, & MI).
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.
- Request Quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and services
- Prepare Close out Packet for each project completed
- Process data obtained from testing
- Attend Conference Call and participate in Project meetings
- Create daily and weekly schedules to support the management team
- Review Crew logs and make requests for corrections
- Assist Project Management in Permit Process
- Arranging for payment for permits in a timely manner.
- Tracking open permits and report progress to Project Managers.
- Coordinating the final inspections of jobs as required.
- Requesting COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses
- Arranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.
- Supports Project Managers for assigned projects
- Involved in daily activities in the field
- Assist with site walks
- Assist and advise Supervisor with any and all logistical duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Workeragement or related field preferred
- Travel out of town/out of state whenever required for projects (Midwest Region such as: IL, WI, IN, MI
- Able to climb ladders and assist with the use of construction equipment
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materials
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Demonstrated management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Able to work under very tight time requirements and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with others
- Able to work some weekends during deadline
