The duties and of the Manager are to ensure consistent growth in our member base through exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction. These duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining and increasing our member base
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
• Continually enhance our team-centic culture
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain top talent
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role playing, and training
• Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team
• Set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals

A strong candidate will possess the following:

• At least 1-year face to face sales or retail management experience
• Some experience in Massage or Spa membership sales
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
