Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Welder to fill an immediate 1st Shift Direct Hire opening in Fairfield, OH!
Hours are four 10-hour shifts!
Responsibilities:
- Produce flat and horizontal fillet welds using GMAW or GTAW welding
- Set up, assemble, and tack weld parts
- Change feeders, wire reels, guns, cups, tips, and sleeves of the welding station
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Establish proper assembly using a tape measure
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Welder is required.
- Understand how to use a square and protractor
- Ability to read and understand planning and blueprints in order to assemble parts prior to welding
- Strong communication skills
Compensation:$20- 25 an hour

Experience:
- MIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Aluminium: 1 year (Preferred)
