Because of our growth, we need to hire an additional Weekend Service Advisor to work in our Truck and Trailer dealership in Kaysville.If you want competitive pay, generous benefits, paid training and a great work environment, apply today! The schedule for this position is Thursday through Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM. We also provide all the training you will need.

Responsibilities
- Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
- Writes up customer’s vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair orders
- Advises customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications
- Refers to service history
- inspects vehicle
- and recommends additional needed service
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day and contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time
- Explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
- Keeps service department forms - menus and pricing guides up-to-date
- Explains completed work and all charges to customers
- Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
Qualifications
- Two years related experience and/or training a plus
- Strong sales background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with commercial trucks
- Knowledge of CDK preferred
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
- History of solid and successful employment
