Wedding Cake Order Specialist
Part Time
Fridays & Saturdays 9-5
Make wedding cake dreams come true by joining our Bethel Bakery Wedding Department team!
Essential Duties:
Provide excellent, above and beyond customer service to customers, vendors, and visitors
Conduct wedding cake appointments via zoom, detailing wedding cake size, design, and flavors
Answer and return phone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and efficient manner
Provide accurate information to questions posed by clients, co-workers
Process wedding cake orders and payments in POS system
Communicate with wedding vendors as well as confirm details and delivery schedules
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Experience and Requirements:
Passion for exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment
Previous office and customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Point Of Sales (POS) systems, and zoom meetings
Impeccable Attention to Detail
Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethics
Must pass background and drug screening
