neXVel is looking for a talented, ambitious, digitally diversified, creative-technology junky, with an emphasis web design, UI/UX and graphic design to join our team of creative partners.

If you love web design, are super-creative, know your way around Adobe Master Suite, and have a thirst to grow, we want to hear from you. This position offers the opportunity to show off your design skills, collaborate with like-minded team members, and the freedom to be creative & awesome in goal-oriented ways.

You will work closely with a very small group of partners that have different personalities and disciplines such as: creative designers, software ninjas, hardware gurus, marketing specialists, entrepreneurs, and networking engineers for the purpose of helping local companies leverage the right marketing solutions and technologies to elevate their brand and solve their business needs.

The day to day:

• Create awesome website designs that perfectly balance exceptional user experience and web engagement for local brands.
• Design and implement professional marketing materials, such as print designs, promotional materials, infographics, and other digital graphics.
• Develop creative logo designs & branding assets
• Photo manipulation/ editing, presentation compiling.
• Work directly with a team of web developers and a project managers to create website designs that engage visitors and turn them into leads.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and possessing a positive, can-do attitude
• Follow trends and developments in technology and design and integrate them into our practices.
• Be willing to do pretty much anything to make things happen and still have presence of mind to have fun along the way

What we need from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in creating high-end web designs and promotional materials in multiple formats.
• You also know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, including balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to work as both an individual contributor & team member
• Social Media, SEO expertise, and video production are an added plus
• Portfolio of sample work required
