Commodity Forwarders is looking for a full time Truck Drive Class D to fill a position within our warehouse and transportation department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $19 - $22/hr. depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Anchorage Branch.

Location: Anchorage, AK

Your Role:

• Prioritize the warehouse workflow for both inbound and outbound cargo movements to insure customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Take a proactive approach at all times to minimize potential claims and maximize customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Make sure all freight forwarding activities abide by all government laws and regulations at origin and destination.
• Follow procedures that minimize compliance violations for TSA, USDA, FDA, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
• 6 months warehouse experience
• 6 months forklift experience (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexible schedule
