Position Summary:

GOLFTEC is looking for a skilled Warehouse Specialist to oversee daily inventory, pick, pack, and ship operations at our Englewood, Colorado warehouse. The Warehouse Specialist will be a creative, supportive, and adaptable team-member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces, and affects change, and utilizes our company’s many resources to reach business goals.

Because this position has multiple responsibilities, a collaborative, open-minded, and enthusiastic mindset is a must, as well as the ability to interact with a diverse set of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, communicate, and affect vision for growth and improvement
• Promote and create a safe and clean work environment for associates

• Achieve high levels of quality in customer shipments
• Help to achieve high levels of inventory accuracy and integrity

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse
• Assist in other warehouse and clerical duties as assigned by warehouse management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehousing experience focused on warehouse safety, receiving inbound shipments, inventory control, and pick/pack/ship fulfillment operations
• Excellent interactive team skills with ability to effectively communicate using multiple platforms
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and email in a professional setting

• Strong attention to detail with proven organizational skills
• Experience on stand-up forklifts and motorized pallet jacks
