Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

Tyler based E-Commerce company, The Catch-All, is seeking a warehouse manager to add to our high energy team. We rely on individuals who are flexible, constantly improving and growing, adventurous, and tenacious about finding solutions. This skilled multitasker will manage, execute, integrate, and lead the warehouse team in the receiving, handling, storing, picking, organizing and packing activities of the warehouse, manage supply chain assessment, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency
• Inspect equipment and oversee general maintenance and facility
• Maintain a safe work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures
• Oversee a warehouse team and report to the Chief Operations Officer
• Supervise daily warehouse activities
• Tracking personal measurables
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Attending team meetings
• Communicate when supplies are needed
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and innovate
• Supply Chain Management

Location and Commitments

• Full-Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Summertime 7:00-4:00pm
• Tyler, Tx

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years experience in lead warehouse management role (not assistant) and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Superior communication skills including feedback and instruction
• The ability to sit and/or stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds
• Strong time management skills
• Able to work in a hot and humid environment
• Reliable Transportation and active driver’s license
• Inventory Management experience
• Proficient at Excel

Preferred skills and experience

• License to operate a forklift
• Shopify, Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Fishbowl
• Supply chain management
• Fishbowl inventory software experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
