As Higround's Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of the Warehouse located in Redondo Beach, California. This position will focus on ensuring deliveries are received timely, inventory management, and organizing the product. They will be working closely with the Senior Project Manager to manage the efficiencies of the Warehouse and partner with the Product Team. A successful candidate must be a high-energy, reliable, hungry, and humble team player, with a friendly can-do attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years experience working in a Warehouse or Inventory Management role
• Have reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and communicative
• Able to lift 50 lbs cartons with proper safety equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and start-up environment
• Able to work independently and a part of a team

Responsibilities

Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, unload, sort, and stock all incoming shipments
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Check and verify all data on incoming shipments to ensure accuracy
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Ship B2B Orders and Customer Replacement Units
• Pick and pack outgoing product and print shipping labels
• Schedule Handoffs of outgoing shipments to shipping carriers
• Track shipments and confirm receipt
• Provide accurate inventory count on a weekly basis
• Clean and organize warehouse space on a daily basis
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Assist with other warehouse functions as necessary

Our targeted compensation rate for this full time position based in Culver City, California is between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
