Order Fulfillment Specialist – Full Time – Hourly

Starting Wage: $17/hour or greater, based upon work experience!

Quality Vending & Coffee Co., Inc., a family owned business since 1991, is one of the fastest growing full line vending and office coffee companies in the Greater Kansas City market area.

Our entire operation relies heavily on our warehouse team. By performing a variety of duties, our Order Fulfillment Specialists ensure our vending machines and micro-markets are full of products and our coffee clients have their morning cup of Joe!

Responsibilities

• Pull snack, beverage, cold food, and coffee orders for assigned routes on assigned days.
• Utilize a handheld device to pull orders according to correct PAR levels.
• Ensure all shelving in the warehouse is fully stocked at the end of the day.
• Rotate all product to ensure it is used in correct order of expiration.
• Keep warehouse floor clean and free of all debris.
• Dump all trash receptacles periodically throughout the day.
• Clean up any product spillage throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of assigned daily responsibilities.
• Complete any necessary paperwork timely, thoroughly and legibly.
• Work with supervisor in providing follow-up training and feedback on performance.
• Position requires bending, squatting, grabbing, grasping, twisting, standing, stooping, and walking the entire work day.
• Able to lift full racks and boxes, not to exceed fifty (50) pounds.
• Position requires ability to repetitively push/pull pallets of product throughout warehouse
• Other various duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Position requires a Sunday-Thursday work week.
• Position offers the opportunity to transition into a Route Merchandiser role in the future.

Qualifications

• Prior Warehouse and/or Order Fulfillment experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills, speak clearly and listen attentively to management and fellow team members.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable method of transportation.
• Must be able to use personal cell phone for some work related calls.
