Warehouse Associate - Picker / Packer
Job description
A client of ours near Wappingers Falls is looking for employees to work in their warehouse. You will be responsible for checking orders, bar codes and maintaining and clean and safe work environment.
The successful Warehouse Associate must have good manual dexterity, as the product pieces you will be pulling can be as small as a screw to as big as a bike. These positions require standing for long periods of time, occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds and some computer skills. When you are not picking products to be shipped, you will be assigned other task projects. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Duties may include:
- Pulling, packing and fulfillment of daily online orders
- Maintaining inventory for accuracy involving quantities
This is a first shift position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Pay rate is $15 per hour.
