Loadmaster Lubricants is a rapidly growing company located in Hugo, MN. We are a specialized company that provides world class engineered lubricant products, both domestic and international, for heavy industrialized equipment. We are currently seeking dynamic results-oriented Team players for our Warehouse and Administration department. *We offer benchmark company paid benefits to our employees and their eligible dependents.

Starting Compensation: $19 per hour

*COMPANY PAID BENEFITS : Loadmaster Lubricants has a 90 day introductory period. SHIFT :

• Shift: 10:30am - 7:00 pm

Loadmaster is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to participate in our warehouse & administrative operations. Our goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

JOB OVERVIEW :

• Validate and update inventory counts daily for specific customers (utilizes spreadsheet for inventory)
• Wrap & weigh finished good(s) for shipping
• Stage orders in appropriate area(s) for shipping
• Store “on-hand” finished goods in appropriate area(s) of pallet racking
• Keep finished goods on pallet racking well organized and in order by batch number (rotate stock to utilize oldest first)
• Stock the cartridge line with packaging & materials as needed
• Monitor open orders to be filled and complete documentation for completed orders
• Update PO request with correct batch numbers and weights
• Communicate open orders that are completed to Team to ensure truck tickets are complete; communicate and review pending orders with the Production Manager
• Cross-check shipping paperwork (Packing List and BOL) to make sure it matches the outgoing products being shipped
• Load/Unload incoming and outgoing freight (i.e. finished goods, raw materials, etc.)
• Cross-reference receiving paperwork to make sure it matches the freight received and complete the paperwork accurately for off-loading trailers
• Keep the plant (finished goods, packaging, raw materials) organized and clear of safety hazards by utilizing floor sweeper, etc.
• Check eye wash stations and fill out weekly inspection sheet
• Count and update packaging materials on packaging inventory spreadsheet as needed
• Assist w/ monitoring and counting physical inventory levels

REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to Safely operate a forklift
• Proven ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Strong work performance, good conduct, and consistent attendance
• Ability to work in a team and work autonomously
• Ability to lift 50-55 lb bags of raw materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
