We are looking for an experienced VP of Technology to oversee our technical operations and drive innovation within our company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software, as well as expertise in various technologies including AWS, JavaScript, Docker, Amplify, Databricks, ML/AI, SQL, Agile, IT, and DevOps. The VP of Technology will be responsible for managing the technical team, overseeing software development and IT infrastructure, and driving innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor the technical team, including software developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Oversee software development and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the company's IT infrastructure and ensure that all systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Drive innovation within the organization by staying up to date with emerging technologies and identifying new opportunities to improve our products and services.
• Work closely with other executives to ensure that the company's technology initiatives align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the technical team operates efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that we have the best technology solutions available.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with AWS, JavaScript, Docker, Amplify, Databricks, ML/AI, SQL, Agile, IT, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience with data security and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry.

Pay: $167,121.00 - $180,944.00 per year
