Position Summary

Stealth Monitoring offers exciting in-office positions allowing us to provide exceptional remote services to our customers. Our Video Surveillance Operators are the heart and soul of our operation. They are extremely detail-oriented and are effective communicators; working collaboratively with their peers and managers to deliver superior surveillance to our customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring the alarms for assigned sites/station and escalating the events based on severity
• Conducting video guard tours as required
• Developed thorough understanding of assigned Monitoring Platforms
• Consistently exceeding defined KPIs for Detection Specialist I in terms of alarms processed on various applications, escalations, and attendance
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols
• Ensure all systems are online and/or escalating the issue the Monitoring Centre Escalation Specialist Team according to the defined procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Additional Duties & Responsibilities for DSIII
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor DS I and DS II.
  • Special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the Monitoring Centre preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Excellent team player
• Flexible in assuming assigned shifts (continental shifts)
• Computer literate and excellent knowledge of video monitoring software
• Highly detail oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
