Vice President of Sales and Operations - ONYX Health Club 24/7 Chain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Vice President of Sales and Operations of ONYX Health Club 24/7. As the VP of Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and operational strategies of our gym chain, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, revenue growth, and operational excellence across all locations. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and operational acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the gym chain, aligning it with the company's overall objectives. Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and innovative sales approaches to drive growth and increase market share.

Team Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear performance expectations, develop training programs, and establish sales targets to motivate and drive results.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Implement metrics and reporting systems to track sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement. Regularly review sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless operations across all gym locations.

Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of the customer journey. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, including the implementation of feedback mechanisms and customer-centric programs.

Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the gym chain's market presence. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to promote the gym chain and create brand awareness.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the sales and operations budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures. Analyze financial data, sales forecasts, and market trends to make informed decisions that support profitability and sustainable growth.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and health and safety standards. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to minimize operational risks and maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of success in sales and operations management, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and budget management.
