***Hourly Pay plus $500 Retention Bonus & Weekly Attendance Bonus***
Skipco Auto Auction is currently seeking an entry level Vehicle Registration Specialist to add to the expanding and growing team. This position will be responsible for the assessment of incoming vehicles by taking pictures, documenting damage, and entering all information into the database. Some automotive knowledge is preferred but no experience necessary, we will train!
A Heated and Air conditioned registration shed is provided for temporary relief from weather & summer elements however, this is mainly an outside position that will require some exposure to seasonal temperatures. This position requires 4 scheduled days during the week and Saturday Morning. One weekday and every Sunday will be scheduled off.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Bring vehicles from incoming to the inspection area
Complete a Condition Report on all incoming vehicles
Take pictures of incoming vehicles for the website.
Move the vehicle to the appropriate next stage for the auction.
Enter all the vehicle data into the database.
Performs other duties as needed or assigned
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Good driving record
Excellent communication skills to deal with customers
Ability to use technology easily such as a tablet and computer
Ability to perform physical tasks as directed
Strong attention to detail
Good attendance record
Previous insurance adjusters experience preferred
