An exciting opportunity within a well-established pharmaceutical company in Lenoir, NC. Building upon their recent growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Validation Specialist to join their team.
The position will require someone confident in executing validation protocols, writing and actioning summary reports and presenting them to the relevant team members. The position holder will be responsible for the validation of all cleaning processes, procedures for new and existing equipment.
Key responsibilities:
· Write and execute Validation protocols, Equipment Qualification protocols and write summary reports
· Determine cleaning indicators
· Calculate residual carryover limits
· Calculate surface areas for new and existing equipment
· Collect cleaning validation samples (swab and rinse)
· Write/revise validation master plan
Required experience:
· 5 or more years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
· A sound understanding of manufacturing operations, production standards, and how to analyze opportunities for cost savings.
· Experience with equipment and cleaning validation required
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science related field
· Excellent writing and communication skills (English)

- Pharmaceutical: 3 years (Preferred)
