Job DescriptionThe Town of Falmouth is currently accepting applications for a Utilities Maintenance Worker in our Water Department. Responsibilities include repair and maintain hydrants; assist crews in varied public works construction and maintenance activities; lays pipes, repairs and maintains water/sewer mains; performs hand digging and shoveling, uses power tools and other duties as assigned. One year experience in public works construction, maintenance activities, experience in water/wastewater dept. construction or maintenance activities desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to obtain CDL and OSHA-10 Certification within 180 days of hire.
Wage: $22.85 - $29.20/hr. Preference Date: November 3, 2022.
