BaronHR is currently looking for Production Warehouse associates for one of our clients in Wilmington , MA.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools , work instructions and test equipment to perform the manual assembly of membrane parts.
• Provide assistance to other operators to assemble elements when needed.
• Operate simple equipment.
• Communicate with operators from other shifts on production status.
• Report problems with quality , processes and equipment to management in a timely matter.
• Complete daily production logs as needed.
• Move and handle materials and elements on the floor.
• Clean and maintain and organized work area.
• Empty trash cans/bins when needed.
• other duties as assigned as well.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting materials and elements up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shift and be on feet all day.
• Ability to frequently stand , walk reach with arms and hands , stretch and crouch.
• Ability to work in wet environment.
• Able to wear safety glasses, hearing protector and safety toe work shoes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wilmington, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
