Kaitlin McClure DDS is a small business in Arcadia, CA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Look for someone with strong communication and people skills to present recommended treatment plans and contracts and explain the value and importance of treatment. Must have prior experience with treatment and fee coordination (insurance knowledge preferred). Must also possess proficient computer skills and administrative functions. .

Our organization is currently in need of a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and be a part of a team that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and families to ensure that they understand their treatment plans.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide support to clients during difficult times.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with other professionals to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
