We are looking for individual(s) who are serious about coaching as a career. Someone who is an experienced fitness professional who is passionate about changing people's lives through fitness and lifestyle.

We help our members improve their lives by providing fitness and health opportunities to meet their needs. Our members are diverse and we provide them with personal training, group classes, nutrition coaching, and mentoring.

This job will focus primarily on personal training clients but there is opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of clients.
• Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions for individual clients or small groups.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide feedback to clients on their performance.
• Conduct training assessments to measure client success.
• Work collaboratively with coaching staff and management

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
