The Warehouse Traffic Coordinator reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their warehouse activities. Duties include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Responsible to assist Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse activity. To be the primary backup in the event of Manager absence. Duties include but not limited to:

o Paperwork - Reprint
o POD
o BOL
o Photos
o Schedule Appointments
o In and Out Coordinator
o Control dock traffic
o Maintain a clean facility and monitor employee cleanliness.
o Follow work place safety policies andprocedures.
o Follow work place GMP and PIP policies and procedures.
o Ensure you understand all aspects of the warehouse business and perform all requested warehouse traffic coordinator tasks.
o Read and understand all company SOP’s.
o Understand all warehouse accounts.
o Show professionalism everyday towards all departments, staff, carriers, customers, and drivers.

Important Skills

o Computer knowledge - It's a MUST

o Microsoft SOftware knowledge such as Excel, Word, Acrobat - It's a MUST
o WMS Experience
o RF Scanner - An asset
o Detail oriented

o Understand the complete WMS system and process all customer reporting requests.
o Ensure all record documentation that is required is completed properly and on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seabrook, TX 77586: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
