Responsibilities
Setting sales targets and goals for the team and individual sales representatives.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitoring sales performance and providing guidance and support to improve results.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team.
Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
Managing the sales budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a related industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales obstacles and develop effective solutions.
Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred but not always required).
