Everlast Roofing Inc. is a local Lebanon county manufacturing facility with a THIRD shift leadership opportunity available.

As our company continues to grow, we hope to find individuals that are hardworking, dependable, and would like the opportunity to grow with us. The ideal candidate must be quality and goal oriented, who can maximize the highest levels of efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous shift lead experience in a manufacturing warehouse.

Basic math skills.

Ability to follow verbal direction.

Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards.

Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.

Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies and guidelines.

Forklift experience

Machine operating experience

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate with team and obtain organizational skills.
• Able to work overtime.
• Willingness to train team members.
• Ability to lead a team in an effective and positive manner.
• Flexibility in possible shift changes.
