ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking an AEGIS T&E Engineering Technician to support our Navy customer in Port Hueneme, CA.

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

• Provide engineering and technical support during the planning, execution and reporting of AEGIS T&E events.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and developing test plans, and on-site execution support for AEGIS T&E events to include AEGIS CSSQT, CNO Test Events, and special engineering T&E events aboard AEGIS equipped ships.
• Analyze performance assessments against evolving threats in various environments.
• Prepare technical inputs and recommendations for each AEGIS test event and pre-mission workups to include communication and formal write-ups to each T&E event.
• Review and provide technical insight into various key AEGIS T&E deliverables to include, but not limited to, the Letter of Introduction, SITREP Zero, and Final SITREP or Final Report.
• Provide support during performance assessment council, CSSQT Annual Review, Weapon System Performance Reviews, and other meetings.
• Identify T&E possible problem and risk areas and provide recommended solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 6 years’ experience in US Navy Shipboard AEGIS Test and Evaluation.
• Familiarity with Combat Systems Ships Qualification Trails (CSSQT)

Educational & Certification Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
