State University of New York College at Oneonta is establishing a pool of candidates for Temporary Clerical positions. Applications are reviewed on an as-needed basis. Duration of temporary appointments may vary depending on department needs and could be in a variety of college offices.
Expectations include providing secretarial support by having familiarity with computers, keyboards, and with other basic office skills and equipment.
Duties include but not limited to: typing, data entry, filing, answering phones, opening and sorting mail, providing quality customer service, and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Required qualifications: knowledge, skills and ability to perform the listed duties.
Preferred: experience in an office setting, and experience working with and serving diverse populations.
