Candidates will be responsible for building/repairing ULD's (cargo containers for airplanes).

Major/Key Accountabilities

The Technician key roles include, but is not limited to:

• Repair aviation components in accordance with the relevant OEM technical publications and company MOE
• Abide by all company and aviation authority procedures
• Undertake administrative duties with attention to accuracy and timeliness of information
• Report discrepancies in a timely manner
• Meet production targets
• Carry out other duties as and when directed, like cleaning containers or pallets etc.

Key KPIs/Measures The measures and indicators that show success in this role are:

▪ Repair times

▪ Quantity of repairs

▪ Standard of repairs

▪ Audit findings both internal and external

▪ Production actual vs budget

▪ Good team work displaying a “just culture”

▪ No customer complaints Qualifications

▪ Experience with hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
