Technical Writer (Urgent Needs)
Location: Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437
Interim secret
- Create end-user documents in accordance with the company"s strategies and standards
- Oversee the process of publications from initiation to release
- Identify and implement required technical order development and changes using Adobe Frame Maker, Word, and Adobe Illustrator
- Partner with Engineers, drafters, to create publications and operating manuals
- Host in-process reviews and perform certifications
- Participate in project meetings with direct interface with engineering and customer
- Perform data and configuration management activities
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, English or a related field
- 5 years experience in technical communications
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in Sustaining or Development Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
