Job description

We are looking for a highly effective, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. This engineer shall support the achievement of business objective by offering technical services to our customers before, during and after the installation. The candidate should have more than 1 years’ experience in LED customer service or related field and comprehensive knowledge about video display system, control room, conference room and broadcasting video wall, and have good communication skill.

AOTO USA is a California based sales and technical service company that sells and supports high-end quality LED display systems. We are located in Orange County and NJ but offer the service throughout America. Our LED display screens are installed in many cities and airports in US.

Job Responsibility:

-Provide great assistance to our customers

-Provide onsite installation and configuration support of LED display

-Provide support via remote desktop connections

-Provide on-site Demos or training support

-Availability to write technical instructions for customer

-Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve technical issues

-Hand soldering pixels on LED tiles

-Availability to work overtime or travel during some peak seasons

Requirements:

-Good English Communication

-Good understanding of LED screen related systems and products

-Good problem-solving and communication skills

-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines given

-Availability to work overtime during peak seasons

-Hands-on experience with electronic or mechnical equipment: at least 1 year

-Bachelor's in Engineering Degrees or similar experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
