Magazine 5000 fastest growing company dedicated to providing an interconnected ecosystem of hardware and software that helps businesses maximize marketing and advertising!Due to continuous growth they are looking for Technical Support Associates to communicate and support their customer base by managing support tickets received via phone or email. You will work closely as a technical team to identify and resolve level 1 technical support issues, and escalate to level 2 in accordance with outlined processes using a technical support ticketing system.
Seeking customer service/support minded people with a passionate mindset. Someone with basic knowledge of software and hardware for personal computers and smartphones. Strong computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal effectively with internal and external contacts.
