PAY: $80,000 - $110,000


JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Recruiter be responsible for interacting with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and crafting emails and social media campaigns to attract new talent to MCSG Technologies. This position will manage and track open requisitions, monitor the interviewing and on-boarding processes, support general contract tracking, and generate reports on the SES III contract. The SES III contract provides IT services throughout all aspects of the engineering process for the entire space systems arena. LOCATION: SES Program Office, Lanham, MD.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Use job boards (Indeed, ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, etc.,) and Social Media platforms to identify and reach out to potential qualified candidates.
  • Build and create pipeline of candidates for upcoming open positions.
  • Craft emails and create social media campaigns to attract top talent to MCSG.
  • Collaborate with Group Leads to understand hiring needs and assist with effectively developing and execute the revision of job descriptions
  • Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the contract
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management
  • Serve as the liaison between group leads and appropriate companies to ensure staffing requirements are communicated.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers between companies if needed.
  • Ensure new hire logistics are completed and hiring managers are prepared for new employees first day.
  • Track all labor category waivers needed for contract
  • Track and enter all labor categories into all systems
  • Support organizational timekeeping and reporting processes across multiple domains
  • Develops and implements contract policy and procedures as needed
  • Support tracking and coordination of required training programs
  • Work closely with all members of the Recruiting and Human Resources team to ensure open positions are filled.
  • Occasionally represent MCSG at hiring events across the country.
  • Schedule interviews with potential candidates and move them through recruiting process.
  • Interact daily with hiring managers and Program Managers to schedule interviews.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to ensure OFCCP, VEVRAA, and AAP guidelines are followed.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in a Recruiting role.
  • Critical thinker, able to identify issues and opportunities, provide solutions and reach consensus with management.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Establish a strong rapport with Program Management Office and HR departments for all companies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with individuals at all levels. Customer service orientation and demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with hiring managers
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources law and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings.
  • Experience working with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to fill positions.


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
3 years of Recruiting experience, preferably technical recruiting. Experience with government contracting preferred.


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Associates degree from accredited institution preferred.
