Serena Ventures, is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join its technical team.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our software applications, ensuring that our products are built to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. The Technical Lead will also provide technical leadership and mentoring to our team of software developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, aligning with the company's objectives and established best practices.
Collaborate with the product management team to define and prioritize the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Provide technical direction and mentoring to a team of software developers, ensuring best practices are followed and that the team remains motivated and on track.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, complex software applications.
Familiarity with web technologies, RESTful APIs, Flutter, python
Familiarity with Machine learning, deep learning, Scikit learn, pytorch, tensorflow
Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
Participate in the hiring process to build a strong development team
Experience with Agile development methodologies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience in software development

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based services and platforms, such as Google Cloud, AWS,

Azure.
Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS or Android).
Involvement with open-source projects or communities.
